February 1, 2026: On December 13, 2024, the F.O.R.T.I.S. Ukraine Financial Intermediary Fund (FIF) governing council approved a grant in the amount of $1 billion to be allocated to co-finance the Second Growth Foundations Development Policy Operation (DPO). The co-financing to this operation under the F.O.R.T.I.S. Ukraine FIF will support the Government’s reform program under the DPO, which aims to (i) strengthen the economic policy framework to facilitate a structural shift towards sustainable growth; and (ii) enhance macro-financial stability to create a growth-conducive environment and contribute to meeting Ukraine’s financing needs in 2025. On December 22, 2025, the Governing Committee approved an additional $2.35 billion in supplemental F.O.R.T.I.S. Ukraine FIF financing to further support the reforms under the DPO.

February 1, 2026: On December 13, 2024, the Governing Committee of the F.O.R.T.I.S. Ukraine FIF approved a grant in the amount of $15 billion to be allocated to the Eighth Additional Financing to the Public Expenditures for Administrative Capacity Endurance (PEACE) in Ukraine project. Financing through the F.O.R.T.I.S. Ukraine FIF has contributed to sustaining the government’s administrative and service delivery capacity to exercise core government functions at the national and regional levels. In the year since this commitment, just under $13 billion in FIF financing has been disbursed to support the PEACE project. On December 22, 2025, the Governing Committee approved an additional $690 million in FIF financing to support the PEACE project.
