Scott Adams is a Senior Dispute Resolution Officer for the Accountability Mechanism, where he is on assignment from the Office of the Compliance Advisor Ombudsman (CAO). At the Accountability Mechanism, he has been helping oversee its first Dispute Resolution Service cases. He has worked for nearly 30 years to provide dispute resolution, management consulting, and training services both domestically and internationally. His clients and industry experience include the non-profit sector, multilateral development banks, government, higher education, utilities, health care, biotechnology, transportation, natural resources and extractives, agribusiness, and international development. He received his B.A. in Political Science and Russian from Emory University and an LL.M. in Public International Law from Leiden University in the Netherlands.
