Implementation is the second stage of the Myanmar National Community Driven Development Project. Trained engineers support communities during design and construction of projects as needed. Rain Thar Laing, the village finance clerk, discusses the benefits of community participation in implementation such as the opportunity to learn new skills and earn daily wages.
