Ending a 20-year water crisis in a remote Solomon Islands village

In 1993, a cyclone destroyed the water supply system in Nanngu, a remote village in the Solomon Islands. With only one tap for the entire village, life was very hard. With the support of the community, 20 years later a project has brought back clean water to the village with facilities that can withstand natural disasters.
