From April 2–4, 2025, stakeholders gathered at the Marriott Hotel in Accra and online for the Ghana Landscape Forum to explore how sustainable natural resource management could drive inclusive economic growth. As Ghana confronted growing environmental challenges, the forum underscored the vital role of forests, landscapes, and ecosystems in shaping the country’s future.
The event featured the official launch of Ghana’s Natural Capital Accounts, alongside discussions on climate-smart cocoa, forest governance, pollution management, and community-led conservation initiatives. Government leaders and development partners shared insights on policies and investments that support sustainability while fostering economic opportunities.
