The workshop will provide monitoring and evaluation tools and templates for integrating M&E systems into operations for each DM2013 grantee organization.

Participants will work in teams and/or groups facilitated by experts in monitoring and evaluation to draft a solid plan to implement their project to achieve their intended results, and to monitor progress periodically. This is a highly interactive workshop in which grantees will learn from one another on how to effectively plan and manage their project to achieve results.  

By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to understand the importance and utility of monitoring and evaluation for project implementation and operational management. They will be able as well to design a Results Chain and identify indicators to track progress of activities as well as short-term and intermediate outcomes throughout the project.
