Improving health outcomes and protecting households against the financial consequences of ill health are top priorities to reduce poverty and sustain growth. The way countries finance health care influences how well a health system performs and whether it achieves its expected outcomes. How can development professionals help clients construct efficient, fair and quality health financing systems? Organized by IEG and the Health, Nutrition and Population Global Practice, this session features a panel of renowned experts who will focus on how to effectively advance the universal health care agenda.
