Issuance of Sanctions Board Decision No. 64

​Pursuant to Sanctions Board Decision No. 64, the Sanctions Board finds insufficient evidence to conclude that it is more likely than not that the respondent in Sanctions Case No. 122 (the “Respondent”) engaged in the alleged corrupt practices, and declares that the sanctions proceedings against the Respondent, including the temporary suspension imposed for the pendency of such proceedings, are terminated.
