The assignment will deliver a feasibility study to identify; prioritize; and preliminarily design viable reuse options for treated wastewater from selected small and medium WWTPs across Tunisia. The consulting firm will assess technical solutions (treatment; transfer; storage; irrigation); perform initial economic/financial analysis; review institutional and governance arrangements; and screen environmental and social aspects; aligning with national strategies (Water 2050 and Reuse 2050 Master Plan).Key outputs include a prioritized set of reuse sub-projects with preliminary designs and costs; stakeholder consultation inputs; and draft ToRs for detailed engineering and ESIA. The work will be carried out over approximately six months under the guidance of a Client-led steering committee.
