The primary objective of this assignment is to engage a specialized legal and contractual advisory firm to ensure the successful structuring; negotiation; and bankability of Project Deuterium; which encompasses renewable energy and fertilizer production; including green hydrogen and ammonia The Consultant firm will support the project by drafting; reviewing; and negotiating key transaction documents; conducting due diligence and risk assessments; and advising on regulatory frameworks; compliance; and incentives; ultimately facilitating robust agreements and readiness for lender due diligence and investment decisions.
