IFC is seeking a Consultant (a firm) on market and feasibility study for a multi-seed crushing facility to produce food grade plant-based proteins and market study for compound feed production in Ukraine to help an IFC client to further develop a multi-seed processing facility in Western Ukraine. The Consultant (a firm) is expected to conduct i) a market and feasibility study of private sector investments in the production of deeply processed; food-grade; plant-based proteins (for export) and 2) a market study for compound feed production for local consumption and export. The analysis should cover the value-added processing of soybean; rapeseed; pulses; and other crops (to be determined with Consultant input); with final products under consideration to include white flake; isolate; and other commercially viable options.
