The EAP Social Development Department is seeking a consulting firm to undertake a Portfolio- wide assessment of disability inclusion in the Pacific. The assignment will establish a baseline of how current projects address the needs of persons with disabilities; identify opportunities to strengthen inclusion through a twin-track approach (mainstreaming and targeted interventions) and inform approaches to strengthen disability inclusion monitoring and reporting. The assessment will also inform policy dialogue with the government; development partners; and civil society.
