The World Bank seeks a firm or consortium with proven expertise in health systems analysis; geospatial accessibility modeling; and health financing to assess access to hospital services in Indonesia’s remote and hard-to-reach areas (DTPK). The study will apply mixed methods to analyze geographic; financial; human resource; and service readiness barriers; examine planned investments; and identify feasible policy and investment options to expand equitable hospital access.
