I.                    ObjectiveTo design and implement high-quality qualitative data collection across the study region; ensuring methodological rigor; adherence to ethical standards; and sensitivity to local social; cultural; and political contexts. The consulting firm will be responsible for the facilitation of in-depth interviews and focus group discussions; and the production of preliminary thematic analyses. This research will generate rich; context-specific insights to deepen the understanding of the social; cultural; and institutional dynamics shaping food security; migration; and fragility in Northern Central America. The consulting firm’s work will play a critical role in complementing and enhancing the interpretation of quantitative findings by providing grounded perspectives on household decision-making; community resilience; and institutional responses.
