The World Bank seeks to engage a survey firm to support a data collection exercise aimed at identifying binding constraints to energy efficiency among firms in selected high-energy-intensity sectors. The focus will be on sector-specific technologies and processes that reduce reliance on carbon-intensive fuels and improve overall energy efficiency. The Consultant will administer a structured survey via computer-assisted video interviewing (CAVI); targeting at least 120 firms; across four prioritized manufacturing sectors: dairy products; vehicle parts and accessories; plastics in primary forms; and other furniture. The survey will be stratified by firm size; with approximately 120 completed interviews expected. The Consultant will also provide a comprehensive contact list of over 600 firms. Data analysis will be conducted by the World Bank team.
