The purpose of this consultancy is threefold:- Provide IFC with the necessary information and description of the local framework regulating IDR and NPL transfers in Albania and Kosovo.- Validate the diagnostics that will be prepared by IFC following receipt of the inputs provided by the Consultant.- Upon finalization of the diagnostics by IFC; design detailed; sequenced Action Plans (APs) for Albania and Kosovo that will serve as operational reform roadmaps.
