The World Bank is seeking a consultancy firm to support the identification and prioritization of green and climate smart investments to reduce GHG emissions and increase the climate resilience of new and existing infrastructure across three (3) communities of Armenia. The objective will be achieved through development of climate-smart action plans (C-SAPs) for the communities of Gyumri (Shirak); Jermuk and Yegheghis (Vayots Dzor) to enhance regional and municipal capacities for low carbon investment planning. This consultancy; which is referred to as Phase 2; is expected to build upon the activities; methodologies and experience from Phase 1. An important outcome of this assignment is to inform and/or strengthen the climate considerations of potential investments to be implemented under the WB financed Armenia Tourism and Regional Infrastructure Project (P504282).
