The Consultant will provide technical support to the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in implementing EIP-related regulatory and policy reforms in Albania. This includes offering regulatory assistance in developing relevant national legislation and policy documents to introduce the EIP concept; which is based on the International EIP Framework; developed by UNIDO; World Bank Group; and GIZ; (hereafter referred to as the EIP framework); and support IFC in discussions with the relevant state and local stakeholders.

Offeror's proposal and contractual documents will remain confidential and therefore not subject to disclosure.
