The International Finance Corporation (IFC) is exploring a potential investment in an electric vehicle (EV) car sharing platform operating in the Eastern Europe.  As part of its due diligence and project preparation; IFC seeks to engage a qualified consulting firm to conduct a high-level market assessment and business model review. This assignment is a critical input to inform IFC’s investment decision and to support company’s strategic development.The objective is to assess the attractiveness of the EV car sharing market in the target geographies and evaluate company’s business model; including its operational and commercial viability. The assignment will also help identify potential areas for improvement and provide recommendations to strengthen company’s positioning in the market.The assignment consists of two components: (A) High-level review of Target Markets attractiveness and (B) preliminary commercial and operation assessment of the Target.
