Prepare the SCALE-Cost Rica proposal by conducting and implementing the necessary technical studies required for its submission to the World Bank; ensuring alignment with the Bank's guidelines and standards. The process should adopt a participatory approach; actively engaging national stakeholders from Costa Rica's agriculture; forestry; and biodiversity conservation sectors.
