Under the K-WASH Program for Results; the World Bank is supporting the Government of Kenya in delivering WASH services through an integrated approach that includes refugees in the mainstream government services delivery structure; in line with the SHIRIKA plan led by the Department of Refugee Services (DRS). To support this effort; the Bank seeks a consultant firm to assist the Task team in extending technical backstopping implementation support to the State Department for Water and Sanitation (SDWS); the DRS; and the County Governments of Turkana and Garissa; to structure and define scope of the transition to an integrated WASH service model for refugees and host communities in Kenya.
