We are seeking a research organization or firm to collect qualitative data in close collaboration with a team of researchers to inform two streams of qualitative research on the PSNP in Ethiopia. This includes research to inform the design of a pilot to provide transfers to women in married households; and qualitative research and a process evaluation of the livelihoods component. The activities will involve key informant interviews; focus group discussions and in-depth interviews with implementers and program beneficiaries at regional; woreda and kebele level in several regions. The activities are expected to take place between August 2024 and August 2025.
