The objective of this assignment to analyze the demand for eco-industrial park land and services by industrial zone operators and tenant companies. This data would help identify opportunities and constraints that these industrial park operators and tenants face in expanding and improving their operations; especially in an environmentally and socially conscious manner. More specifically; the World Bank is requesting the help in rolling out two surveys that target these different groups (industrial park developers/ operators and tenant firms). The surveys have already been developed and the help is required specifically on the local roll-out and follow-up.

The World Bank Group reserves the right to publicly disclose contract award information, including but not limited to, name of company receiving the award, brief description of services, and contract award amount, for any contract award valued over US$250,000. Offeror's proposal and contractual documents will remain confidential and therefore not subject to disclosure.
