The WBG invites firms to submit technical and financial proposals to provide services associated with the World Bank’s requirement for Satellite Communications Services and Maintenance at its Headquarters in Washington, D.C. There are two (2) lots for these services and Offerors may choose to bid on one or both Lots:
1. Lot 1: VSAT
2. Lot 2: BGAN
This Request for Proposal(RFP) is to select vendor(s) Satellite Communication services who can provide the World Bank with a one stop-shop solution which includes, but is not limited to, maintenance, Satellite services and associated licenses, logistics, installation and commissioning.In order to be considered for proposal evaluation, Bidders must meet all the mandatory criteria described below along with documents substantiating the same and any additional documents per WBG request.
