INTERIOR FIT-OUT WORKS FOR THE IFC OFFICE IN SYDNEY

CLOSING DATE AND TIME: MAY 10, 2019 @ 3:00 PM EST

The International Finance Corporation is planning to carry out a renovation and fit out works on its office located at level 18, CML Building 14 Martin Place Sydney, NSW 2000 Sydney, Australia.  

The IFC is therefore seeking to hire a qualified General Contractor to provide such services starting from July 2019.

General Contractors must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a further evaluation.

1.    Have average annual revenue of more than AUD 4.0 Million for the last three years (FY 2016, 2017, and 2018), while performing as a General Contractor

2.    Possess financial soundness and capability to successfully support the entire contract.

3.    Have fiscal capability to furnish AUD 1,200,000 performance bond

4.    Offeror is registered and is authorized to engage in the Construction Business, Civil Works, Construction Services in Sydney, Australia

5.    Offeror must have been in Construction business at least 5 years

6.    Ability to provide evidence of ability to obtain insurance coverage as stated below:

a.    Workers Compensation Insurance: As per Workers Compensation act plus Personnel Accident amount.

b.    Personal Accident Insurance: Covering all employees with a death benefit equal to at least three (3) years’ salary.

c.    Automobile Liability Insurance:

I.    3rd Party Body Injury: Unlimited

II.   3rd Party Property Damage: AUD 20,000,000

d.    Builder’s Risk/Contractor All Risks Insurance: Property insurance written on an ‘all risk’ basis covering the property owner and the Contractor for the Works, together with materials and plant to be incorporated therein, and Contractor’s equipment and other things brought onto the site by Contractor, to the full replacement cost during the course of construction until acceptance by the World Bank.

Commercial General Liability Insurance: For all operations, including Contingent Liability, coverage for Subcontractors, Products and Completed Operations, and Contractual Liability (to cover assumption of liability under this Contract) with minimum limits of AUD 7 Million, per aggregate combined.
