The World Bank Group (WBG) seeks to procure a Social Media Management Platform to enhance its digital outreach, streamline marketing operations, and improve engagement with target audiences. The platform will support the organization’s strategic communications, campaign management, analytics, and reporting needs, enabling data-driven decision-making and efficient resource allocation.

 

The World Bank Group publishes social media content frequently across more than 200 channels such as Meta platforms (Facebook, Threads, Instagram, and WhatsApp), X, and LinkedIn. The Bank publishes content for our main corporate channels (@worldbank) and our corporate language channels in Spanish, French, and Arabic daily. Our regional, countries, and practice groups post with various frequencies on X and Facebook.
