Tajikistan Country Partnership Framework (CPF) 2026–2032

The new Country Partnership Framework (CPF) between the World Bank Group and the Republic of Tajikistan outlines a strategic collaboration designed to support the country's transition toward a more sustainable, diversified, and private-sector-driven growth model. The CPF prioritizes three interrelated outcomes: (1) increased access to secure, affordable, and clean energy; (2) a better-skilled and healthy workforce; and (3) private investments for more and better jobs. Underpinning the entire strategy is a cross-cutting outcome of building resilience to shocks. Under a One World Bank Group approach, this framework aims to unlock private capital, accelerate job creation, and help Tajikistan harness its significant untapped potential in renewable energy, agriculture, and the digital economy.
