Poland Country Partnership Framework (CPF) 2026-2031
The Poland FY26-31 CPF aims to catalyze innovation for better jobs in a competitive and resilient economy. Poland has unique opportunities to embrace digitalization and Artificial Intelligence, attract new regional and global value-chains, accelerate its energy transition, build climate resilience, and play a strong role for Ukraine’s future reconstruction. The CPF selectively focuses on innovation and investments for jobs, energy sustainability and security, and water resilience. It reflects the changing nature of the World Bank Group partnership with Poland, placing greater emphasis on innovation and knowledge generation, private capital mobilization, and contributions to global public goods.
