Nigeria Country Partnership Framework (CPF)

The new Country Partnership Framework for Nigeria (FY26–32) charts an ambitious course to support the creation of more and better private sector jobs as the foundation for Nigeria’s long-term prosperity. It is structured around four mutually reinforcing outcomes: improving the environment for competitiveness and growth; maximizing private capital for infrastructure and agribusiness; unlocking a more productive and healthier population; and building resilience of people and ecosystems. By mobilizing private capital and leveraging the full breadth of World Bank Group (WBG) expertise, the CPF aims to catalyze transformative and lasting impact in one of Africa's most consequential development opportunities.
