Niger Country Partnership Framework (CPF) 2026-2031

The World Bank Group’s FY26–FY31 Country Partnership Framework for Niger focuses on building foundational infrastructure to enable job creation and resilient growth. Aligned with the Government’s Program for Refoundation of the Republic, the strategy prioritizes human capital, energy access, and agricultural productivity. Through a flexible One World Bank Group approach, it aims to create more and better jobs for Niger’s rapidly growing population, mobilize private capital, and reduce fragility by addressing key drivers of conflict, climate vulnerability, and economic exclusion.
