Guinea Country Partnership Framework (CPF)
The new Country Partnership Framework (FY27–33) between the World Bank Group and the Republic of Guinea is centered on one overarching goal: creating more and better jobs. It focuses on four priority outcomes: strengthening fiscal management; building a more educated and healthier workforce; expanding access to energy and transport infrastructure; and increasing private investment for job creation. Delivered through a coordinated One WBG approach—IDA, IFC, and MIGA, the CPF aims to drive sustainable, inclusive, and job rich growth.
