Systematic Tracking of Exchanges in Procurement (STEP) STEP (Systematic Tracking of Exchanges in Procurement) is an online system that helps the World Bank and Borrowers plan, record, and track key stages of the procurement process under Investment Project Financing (IPF) projects. It is designed to help Borrowers achieve value for money in procurement by transforming data into knowledge, speeding up the procurement process, and improving accountability and transparency.
