The Kazakhstan Country Partnership Framework (CPF) for 2020-2025 supported the country’s transition toward a knowledge-based, diversified, and private-sector–driven economy. Over that timeframe, the CPF helped Kazakhstan promote inclusive growth, strengthen human capital, and advance sustainable, resilient, and low-carbon development, underpinned by improved governance and stronger institutions.
