00:15 kindly navigate to the designated email inbox of the
00:18 supplier company to which the invitation was sent.
00:22 In your inbox,
00:23 you will find 2 emails from the World Bank Group.
00:26 The first email will bear the subject line invitation
00:29 to register as a World Bank Group vendor,
00:31 while the second email will bear the subject
00:33 line temporary password to access the WBGE-Procure platform.
00:38 Please click on the invitation email.
00:40 Upon clicking,
00:41 you will be directed to an email that extends the
00:43 invitation to register as a World Bank Group vendor.
00:46 Click on the URL to open the supplier registration platform.
00:51 Once it opens,
00:52 log in using the provided login details.
00:55 Now,
00:56 go back to the other email titled temporary
00:58 password to access the WBG eProcure platform.
01:02 In the temporary password email,
01:04 copy the password,
01:05 paste the temporary password in the provided
01:08 space in the supplier registration platform.
01:11 A two-way authentication factor will be triggered,
01:14 and a code will be sent to the supplier's email address.
01:17 Copy the authentication code sent to your email.
01:21 Please note that the code is valid for 3 minutes.
01:25 Paste the authentication code in the provided space
01:27 on the supplier registration platform and click submit.
01:31 Carefully go through our privacy notice.
01:35 To agree with the terms,
01:36 select the check box stating I agree to the
01:38 above terms and conditions and proceed by clicking agree.
01:42 You will be prompted to enter a new password and re-enter a new password.
01:48 Read our welcome message and take note of the requirements before clicking next.
01:53 Please note that all the information that you share with the World Bank Group as part
01:56 of this application will be treated in the
01:58 same way we treat our own confidential information.

02:07 Please fill in all required fields which are marked in red.

02:15 You'll then be directed to the category assignment section.

02:24 then click next.

02:28 It's time to upload pertinent certifications and documents that
02:31 will help the World Bank Group assess your application.

02:35 select the document type,
02:37 and choose the relevant file from your computer before hitting upload.
02:41 You'll see the uploaded file in the list.
02:44 You can repeat this process to add more
02:46 documents and then click next when you're done.

02:51 A questionnaire will appear asking about your company,
02:55 owners,
02:55 principals,
02:56 and officers.
02:58 Be sure to confirm your understanding regarding
03:00 restrictions on current and former WBG staff.
03:04 Click next to move on.

03:09 Now,
03:09 let's move on to your financial information.
03:12 Provide all the required details and upload your
03:15 audited financial statement from the last fiscal year.
03:19 If you are not required by local law
03:20 or regulations to have audited financial statements,
03:23 an unaudited copy of your financial statement will suffice.
03:27 To do this,
03:28 click the plus icon,
03:29 select Upload,
03:30 and choose your document.
03:33 You will see it appear in the list.
03:35 Step 7.
03:37 Confirm your company's supplier diversity classification by choosing
03:41 the appropriate answer from the dropdown menu.
03:44 Click next to continue.

03:48 Lastly,
03:49 please read through our terms and conditions.
03:52 Once you've understood and agreed,
03:54 click on accept and submit.
03:57 And there you go,
03:58 your application is now complete,
03:59 and your company will be added to
04:01 the World Bank Group's potential supplier database.
04:04 As a reminder,
04:05 being a potential supplier in the World Bank Group's database does
04:09 not guarantee that you will be considered for future business opportunities,
04:12 nor that you will become an approved World Bank Group vendor.
04:16 However,
04:16 once the opportunity arises,
04:18 a World Bank Group staff member will get your application on its
04:21 way to review and possibly becoming a registered World Bank Group vendor.
