During his three-day visit to Delhi, India the World Bank’s newly appointed Vice President for the South Asia Region, Hartwig Schafer visited projects and met with government counterparts, partners, and other stakeholders to discuss how the World Bank can best support India to help it achieve its development goals - particularly through improving human capital, and mobilizing resources for expanding infrastructure and renewable energy.
