The Ice Circle is an international forum and trust fund dedicated to generating multi-institutional and trans-boundary responses to the impact of climate change on snow and ice. The forum’s goal is to bring together policy makers, water users, community actors, and scholars concerned with the challenges represented by the impacts of climate change. The Ice Circle trust fund will enable enhanced international co-operation, integration and information sharing and promote research, mitigation and adaptation measures.
