WASHINGTON, July 12, 2022—The International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank Group (WBG) today announced that their 2022 Annual Meetings will take place in person from Monday, October 10, through Sunday, October 16 in the IMF and World Bank Group headquarters in Washington DC.
Registration will be available for all categories of participants (Delegates, Observers, Guests, Civil Society Organizations, Press). Registration for CSOs will open on August 8 and registration for all other categories will open mid-August 2022. Virtual audiences will be able to follow public events on IMF and World Bank digital platforms. Additional information on the schedule and registration will be available online closer to the Meetings.
The IMF and WBG will continue to monitor the worldwide health situation and if needed, amend this plan in accordance with relevant World Health Organization and Centers for Disease Control guidance.
