The World Bank announced an issue of $150 million two-year U.S. dollar bonds, offered in markets outside the United States to central Banks, other governmental institutions and international organizations. The bonds, which will mature on December 15, 1991, have an interest rate of 8.08 percent, payable semi-annually, and an offering price of par. The invitation period to subscribe to the bonds was from November 29 to December 6.
