The World Bank has issued FRF 1 billion (about US$ 159.7 million) of 6-year Euro French franc bonds lead-managed by Banque Indosuez.
The bonds carry an 8-3/4 percent coupon and are priced at 100-5/8 for a yield of 8.43 percent on a semi-annual coupon equivalent basis. The bonds will be repaid at par on May 31, 1995. The bonds are not callable.
The issue will be listed on the Paris and Luxembourg Stock Exchanges.
