On July 7, 1983, the World Bank signed a loan Agreement with Rabobank Nederland in Utrecht, the Netherlands. The Loan amounts to Netherland guilders 100 million and is repayable at par on July 15, 1988. The proceeds of the loan will be used for the general operations of the World Bank.
