The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development has signed on October 26, 1972 a Loan Agreement with a syndicate of Dutch banks under the management of the Algemene Bank Nederland N. V. The other banks participating in the Loan Agreement are the Amsterdam-Rotterdam Bank N. V. and Bank Mees & Hope N. V. The loan will amount to Netherlands guilders 200 million in total and is to be repaid in six approximately equal yearly instalments, the first repayment being in 1980.
