Holders of World Bank’s 20-Year Bonds of 1957 to Exchange with Definitive Bonds

The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development announces that holders of its Twenty-Year Bonds of 1957, due January 1, 1977, in temporary form, may exchange their bonds for definitive bonds of the same issue at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York on or after June 4, 1958. Definitive bonds will be available in bearer form (with coupons attached) in the denominations of $1,000, $10,000 and $100,000, and in fully registered form in the denominations of $1,000 or any multiple of $1,000. Holders of temporary bonds may obtain forms requesting such exchange from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, 33 Liberty Street, New York 45, New York.
