On this International Women’s Day, we highlight how women across East Asia and Pacific are building a resilient future through access to resources, services, jobs, and economic opportunities with the support of World Bank Group programs. From women farmers and vendors in Cambodia and Vanuatu to mothers in the Philippines and female entrepreneurs in Indonesia, these initiatives are enabling women to work, earn, and take on leadership roles, contributing to greater productivity and growth throughout the region.
