This Project aims to improve climate-resilient and safe road connectivity in selected regions of Guyana and, in case of an Eligible Crisis or Emergency, respond promptly and effectively to it.

The goal of the EME session is to assess overall market experience, capacity, and willingness to participate either individually or as joint ventures, especially with national firms, and ensure success for procurement processes regarding:

· Lot 1: Improvement (Rehabilitation and Upgrade) of the Selected Regional Road Corridor -Reconstruction of Existing Road Network on the East Coast Demerara –  Mahaica Bridge to Abary Bridge Road Corridor (Km. 0+00 – Km. 27+10) for an estimated contract amount of US$200 million
