Description: The Ministry of Health (MOH) of Ethiopia invites potential bidders to an Early Market Engagement (EME) workshop for the Construction of the EQA PT Panel and Bio Bank project in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The engagement aims to gather industry insights to refine technical specifications, contract terms, and risk allocation for the procurement of the remaining 75% of the project works, which include structural, architectural, MEP, and specialized Bio-Bank installations on a 2B+G+9 building. The event will be held on 4 May 2026 in a hybrid format (in-person and virtual). The project is financed by the World Bank under the Africa CDC Regional Investment Financing Project (P167916).
