Description: This is an early market engagement (EME) session for upcoming procurement packages financed by World Bank to expand the electricity network in Angola. The proposed project aims to finance Angola’s investment obligations towards the Angola-Namibia (ANNA) interconnection project which will create the transmission capacity needed in Angola. The project development objectives (PDO) are to interconnect Angola with the Southern Africa Power Pool (SAPP) to enable regional power trade and increase the transmission capacity in southern Angola.
