Description: As part of its transformation strategy to enhance urban mobility, TRANSTU is launching a major initiative for the deep regeneration of its ALSTOM railway assets. This program is designed to ensure reliable, high-performance, and sustainable public transport for the future.

🏗️ An Integrated "Turnkey" Contract to ensure operational consistency, the project is structured into three inseparable components :
1. Rolling Stock Rehabilitation: full overhaul of 55 Alstom Citadis 302 units with extending service life by 15 to 20 years
2. Maintenance: A 5-year contract including technical assistance and supply chain management.
3. Infrastructure and equipment upgrades for the specific lines J & K at Tunis Marine depot (https://lnkd.in/d8JUERY2)
