Description: The Government of Saint Lucia (GOSL) invites drilling services contractors to participate in an early market engagement (EME) for a contract to supply integrated drilling services for 3 geothermal slim hole wells to a depth of 1500m to 2000m. Drilling will take place at 3 project sites.

An overview of the geothermal exploration project covering the technical and procurement related requirements will be provided. All civil works and well pad preparation is being undertaken by GOSL.

The purpose of the EME is to assess appetite of drilling contractors to undertake slim hole well drilling in St. Lucia, availability of contractors for the proposed timeframe and incorporate useful feedback on the technical requirements into the final bidding document.

Queries and feedback from potential contractors will be addressed. The draft tender document is available on the project website. The procurement approach will be adjusted based on feedback provided by the potential bidders.
