Description: 🎯As part of its transformation strategy to enhance urban mobility, TRANSTU is launching a major initiative for the deep regeneration of its SIEMENS railway assets. This program is designed to ensure reliable, high-performance, and sustainable public transport for the future.

🏗️ An Integrated "Turnkey" Contract to ensure operational consistency, the project is structured into four inseparable components:

1. Recycling : Dismantling of 54 retired light rail vehicles (LRVs).

2. Infrastructure : Civil engineering and equipment upgrades (Level 5 Maintenance) for the Ariana depot).

3. Rolling Stock Rehabilitation: Full overhaul of 80 Siemens units (extending service life by 15 to 20 years).

4. Maintenance: A 5-year contract including technical assistance and supply chain management.
