Description: The Iraqi Ministry of Construction, Housing and Municipalities Public Works- Roads and Bridges Directorate, invites you to participate in an Early Market Engagement (EME) " Online" conference, for our upcoming procurement package Construction of Iraq Transport Road Enhancement Corridors project (ITREC), Phase 1 of a Multi-Phase Program, financed by World Bank.  

This EME conference is directed mainly at consulting and contractor firms, who are potential competitors to apply for activities, and aims to:

- Acquaint consulting and contractor firms with the project scope of work and upcoming bidding opportunities.

- Present strategic procurement directions and options and solicit feedback (see the next section).

- Gauge interest and gather feedback to ensure competition.

- Attend to any market concerns or issues; and

- Obtain specific feedback from the market on the Procurement Strategy for the above packages and the consultants' and contractors’ interest in participating in the bidding.

This "ONLINE" EME is designed to collaborate and gather your valuable insight, input and feedback for best outcome of the designing the upcoming procurement packages/approaches under this project.
